The location is fantastic, very close to shops and restaurants. Metro stations are nearby making travel easy. There were complimentary snacks at the reception, an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

The front desk person was not helpful upon arrival. He was aggressive and made our arrival difficult when we were tired. This created a negative first impression.

the hotel is near karlsplatz, that's super convenient. there's also a coffee machine with unlimited coffee and tea, it's a great addition to the room. i really needed the caffeine fix.

The room was tiny. It felt a bit challenging to move around with two people. also, the shades did not make the room dark enough at night, it was noisy outside. i found that annoying.

the hotel sits near the train station and many restaurants. grocery stores and cafes. it is very walkable to main attractions. the room had good size for us, and it was clean with a good shower. i remember this area is in europe and rooms usually are on the smaller side.

the evening front desk staff showed awful attitude. he seemed quite rude and annoyed to do his job. the task took all of 20 seconds.

The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. check-in was quick and easy. I was in my room within minutes of arriving. the hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
